In case of SQL error or CS210 software does not open or load on your PC, please follow the uninstall and reinstall option of CS210 software on your Windows PC.


Step: 1

Please first export the Configuration settings of the existing CS210 installation.

Follow the steps using the attached video "Export CS210 Configuration".

Save the files for your backup and later use.


Step: 2

Use the uninstall file located in the DatatempCS folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Raytek\DataTemp CS) to start the uninstall process.

Manually remove all of the SQL applications via the 'Control Panel Remove Programs' feature.

Reboot the PC and log into Windows with correct local admin account password.

Install the CS210 software (v6.4) and use the correct local admin PC password when asked by the software.

Step: 3

Once the software is installed, please import the configurator settings using Step-1 but use "Import" option instead of Export. At this stage, the CS210 reinstallation is done.
