Applicable for CS400 software version upto: 7.6.1
Informed to developer and expected to resolve in higher version.
While adding TV40 Camera in CS400 Software, you might be able see TV40 camera in list but when you try to connect the TV40, the CS400 software will crash.
Although TV40 works fine in Web browser but not able to connect with CS400.
The reason is CS400 setup (upto software v7.6.1) does not install dependent software which "Visual Studio VC100 Runtime" which needed by GigEVision Cameras like TV40 and upcoming TV30-GigE.
To solve the issue, please install ThermoView lite and connect TV40 camera once on same and then close it.
Once the above step is done, the CS400 will work smoothly and will never show error again on same PC.
