In case TV30 was set with Static/Fixed IP and the user forgot/lost IP address of TV30, it can be accessed back with Fallback IP address.

Here is the process :

1. Open PC network configuration and assign the static IP address to PC: 169.254.0.xxx (xxx stands for Except 132)

In my case, I used: 169.254.0.11

2. Open the Web browser and type IP address: 169.254.0.132

Type the last set user ID and Password to access the camera.

The TV30 is connected and you can check the last set IP address in Network settings.

Note: In case you lost the User ID and Password then Password Reset needs to be done.
