If a user could not connect with SQL Connection Profile in DBCheck or ReadScan/CS Config/CS Deneb could not open then please check the password in DBCheck connection profile.
If Password is missing then use the below steps :
1. Recover the password via DBCheck > Utilities > Recover Password and copy the password.
2. Open Utilities > Connection Profiles and paste the password on the empty password location. Once paste, click on Test.
3. Now connect again with DBCheck Connection profile on the home page.
4. System working now.
