A. You need to have v1.0.38 for this. Earlier you can updated to v1.0.86 but must use the unsigned version (.cfw) and only if you have v1.0.22 (or later). Q. As image saving possible (since v...110), what are the main considerations and how are the images triggered?
A. Image saving (JPEG) is possible, files are saved on the camera. The limitation is 100 files. When this limit is reached, further images will not be saved and the web browser will display a warning in System Status at top right of the browser window. Images are triggered via Camera - Conditions - temperature alarm, digital input or combination of both. See article for example of Conditions that trigger image saving Link

Q. What is the Exposure / Integration time of TV30 camera?
A. Exposure time is how quickly an IR camera can capture a single frame of data, which is similar to shutter speed on a traditional visible light camera. The exposure time for IR cameras is referred to as Integration Time, or the detector's Thermal Time Constant. For TV30, the exposure / integration time is 12 msec.
Q. When I log in to the web browser I get a white screen? What can I do?
A. Update firmware to latest - this bug has been fixed. However, as a workaround you can also log in again via InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) modes as an administrator and delete the user account that led to the white screen. If you only have one administrator account and that is affected, the default admin account password will need to be reset and and/or the camera restored to factory default settings.
Q. Is it recommended to make an additional administrator login (additional to admin)?
A. Yes, in case of any issue with the default admin account is will save time (see above)
Q. What do I do if my camera has firmware with a revision number lower than 1.0.38
A. Please create a ticket for assistance Link .Upgrade may not be possible and the camera may need to be returned to the factory. This is likely only to affect pre-production cameras and very few production cameras
