Mini-B USB Cable required as per below image :
1. Connect USB cable between COMM box and PC - ensure cable is of sufficient quality - in case of comm errors try another cable (for example, even with an installed driver, if the cable quality is not sufficient, the VCOM driver may not start correctly).
2. Check that the Mi3 COM port driver is installed via Device Manager (you only see this with the box connected) This would likely be the case if the pc you are using has never run Datatemp Multidrop before.
