1.  SQL server issue will occur during CS software installation attempt if the local admin account password has changed.


If it is not possible to revert back to the password used at the time of installation (IT policy) then a complete uninstall and reinstall of CS will be required.


If uninstall is necessary, use the uninstall file located in the DatatempCS folder to start the uninstall process.


Manually remove all of the SQL applications via the 'Control Panel Remove Programs' feature.


Reboot PC and log into Windows with correct local admin account password.


Install the CS210 software.


2,  SQL server issue will occur during CS software installation attempt if the local admin password is not of the correct format.


Occasionally, the format of the local admin password will be in violation of the rules set in the SQL database manager.  This SQL format requirement can be bypassed via SQL Management and deselection of this policy enforcement as shown below.
