A small batch of sensors with the model numbers below may have an incorrect temperature range. Generally, this is not a problem if the mA output scaling is changed by the customer:

Affected serial numbers starting with 406, 407, 416, 417 and 418.
If you have received a link to this page then sensors you have received are affected.
If the customer does not change the output range and needs to use default settings "out of the box" then this is what is need to correct this:
1. Download and install DTMD v6
2. Connect to the sensor and open the parameter list by selecting Settings in Devices
3. Inside the Setting tab choose Restore device configuration
4. Select the file update.mdd
5. The necessary corrections will be made.
6. Click the refresh circular button.
6. Double check the device range in Configurations and the output range in Device Information
