Type: This is a 'Warning' message (Orange highlight).

Source: This originates from the Vector device itself.

Symptoms: Device will be operational, but may not be performing optimally and may not be tracking/counting some or all people, dependent on the height and/or tilt angle differences.

Cause: This error will occur when the last measured and recorded height/tilt value differs from the current, measured height/tilt angles. This can happen when a devices installation is adjusted or altered either by design, or as part of some other work going on in the area. For example a common reason for this message is if a device is located on a ceiling tile which is moved to access the void above, but is then later not put back correctly.

Devices that have inadvertently received a knock may also have their tilt angle altered.

Fix: To fix this issue, simply requires a user/installer to command the Vector to remeasure and store the current installation height and tilt angles. See here for details of how to do this.
