Errors and Warnings
From the Estate Manager home screen the Devices Health status is shown at the top:
Anything in the green thumbs up total is powered, online, and operating correctly with no errors or warnings associated with it.
Devices included in the orange thumbs up total is working correctly, but has one or more warnings that might be affecting count accuracy, or demonstrate some kind of non fatal issue.
Lastly, devices in the red thumbs down total has one or more serious errors which are preventing correct operation.
Devices in the Orange 'Warning' state and devices in the Red 'Error' state should be investigated as a priority.
Each of the thumbs up icons are hyperlinks that takes you to more details of affected devices when clicked on.
The messages listed here are human readable and give brief first steps on what you need to do next to correct the associated issue.
You can also click on the device serial number in the list to go straight to the 'Health' tab of that device.
