Introduction

The Manager View is a SafeCount screen intended for door staff to utilise on an ongoing basis.

The intention is for door staff to have a Wi-Fi enabled phone or tablet displaying this screen for the purpose of managing entry (or not).

To access the Managerview, use the three lines menu accessible in the top right of each page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Manager View

The two arrows provided here can be clicked to increase or decrease the occupancy count manually.

This may be required on first installation, for example, when people may already be inside the zone without being counted in.

Manually altering the occupancy count may be required on occasion to correct any obvious errors that may occur from time to time. If, for example, a store has deliveries coming in through the main customer entrance may cause some erroneous 'IN' counts to be added to the Occupancy count.

It should be noted that the occupancy value should only be adjusted when the whole area is viewable, and the correct occupancy is known for certain.
