When running profiles in hard-wired real time while the logger is connected to a charging source there is noise created by the power source that can interfere with the data. The "Low frequency noise rejection" setting should be set to the proper frequency for the mains in user's country.  Worldwide, 50Hz is most common, but 60Hz is used in North America, Japan, Korea, and several South American countries. The setting is found at Tools > Options > Logger tab > Advanced button.

When a unit is sent in for calibration, this setting will be set to the country where it was calibrated. If this is different than what is in the user's country, when the logger is reset it will display a message that the frequencies differ and asks about changing it. Click Yes to change logger to setting from Insight.
