Here are the recommendations :
We recommend configuring the system and adding a master project:
- The master project handles connections to devices (camera, PT, DAQ). If two or multiple projects use the same master project, reconnection of the TV40 camera does not happen during the project switch.
- The master project also handles project switch conditions (so there is no need to define project switch conditions in every project).
Adding a master project is simple:
- Create a new project and define connections to the camera, PT, and DAQ in this project.
- Also in the master project - define project switching logic.
- Modify the existing projects – assign the master project to each of them (in the Project dialog).
Before doing modifications we recommend making a backup of the old projects folder.
