SV600 Release notes 21st June 2023

Version 2.7.0 - Official Release

Features:

(PDQ only with new License file accessible)

• Added PDQ capabilities as a measurement and an action.

o PDQ(Partial discharge quantification) can be used to determine what

kind of partial discharge is being measured and the intensity of it.

o A PDQ measurement includes a PRPD(Phase Resolved Partial Discharge)

plot expressed in Milli Pascal.

o A classification on the type of PD measured

• Translations have been added to the dashboard.

• Event/action configuration has been moved to the streaming page.

o You can now setup your whole event and action workflow from the

streaming page.

o Set up your events and actions while still seeing your acoustic stream

and spectrum/spectrogram.

• Added alarming functionality to the streaming page.

o Added a noise to the streaming page when an event triggers.

▪ Can be turned off/on manually.

o Added a color flickering to the streaming page when an event triggers.

▪ Can be turned off/on manually.

o Added manual deactivation which shows all unhandled events that have

been triggered while on the streaming page.

Spot 3.3 integration

o Able to visualize all actions done through the SV600-spot in BD scout

▪ Able to see trending information from measurements done in

scout

▪ Able to trigger events through scout

▪ Can now easily add extra metadata and information to existing

actions in scout

▪ Change measurement settings through scout

o A higher quality acoustic stream on the tablet

o Being able to adjust frequency selection through the tablet

o Ability to point spot through arrows on the acoustic stream displayed

on the tablet

o Able to create image, video and LeakQ measurement through the

acoustic stream

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a user not being able to open the streaming page in some cases.

• Fixed an issue where sometimes file downloads would not work properly

Version 2.6.0 - Official Release:

  • Added ability to have a livestream with beamformed overlay on the Spot tablet.
    • Can be used by changing the spot camera view in the tablet
  • Updated UI/UX for creating and adding events and actions.
    • The whole workflow from measurement to action can now be set up through the streaming page
  • Increased number of actions that can be created from 5 to 10.
    • Increased the maximum amount of actions allowed in the system to 10
  • Added new actions, including DataMeasurement (WAV), ImageSoundsurface (JPG,), ImageCapture (JPG), VideoSoundsurface (MKV), and
  • LeakQSoundsurface (AS2).
    • This allows for all measurements that create files, to be triggered as an action in the action event system.
  • Area of interest feature now triggers only when the peak is inside the selected area.
    • This greatly reduces the amount of false positives you get within you Area of interest from other loud sources.
    • The disadvantage of this is that only the loudest source in frame can currently trigger an Area of interest event

Version 2.5.0 Engineering Release:

  • Implemented GPS sensor through the api.
    • More information in the API documentation
    • Not implemented in the GUI
  • Implemented gyroscope sensor through the api.
    • More information in the API documentation
    • Not implemented in the GUI

Version 2.4.0 – Engineering Release:

  • Added event localization to the streaming page.
    • A red circle will be drawn on the location of an event.
    • This will only work on measurements that have localization information like soundmaps or classifications.
  • Implementing area of interest (AOI)
    • Setup through the streaming page.
    • This allows the user to only let events trigger when the threshold is exceeded within the area of interest.
  • Added WAGO watchdog timer.
    • This allows a WAGO system to validate that the system is still online and functioning correctly

Version 2.3.0 - Official Release:

  • Added the ability to capture an image with soundmap overlay and spectrogram.
    • This means that you can visualize most audio information in a single image easily
  • Able to record video and audio from the device.
    • Added video and audio recordings based on measurements, meaning they can also be triggered using actions.
    • The maximum recording time per video is 30 minutes.
  • Able to start/stop video and audio measurements.
    • This allows the user to start a measurement without a known duration, stopping it whenever they want.
    • This functionality can be used through the streaming page by using the record and stop buttons.
  • Improved image capture measurement.
    • Improved the quality of the image capture itself
    • Improved blob drawing quality

Version 2.2.0 - Official Release:

  • LeakQ measurements will only show soundmap overlay when there is an actual leak.
    • This makes it visually more clear if there is a leak in the image or not
  • Added anomaly detector as measurement.
    • This enables users to start using a very basic anomaly detector

Version 2.1.0 - Official Release:

  • Added fieldbus coupler WAGO Input support.
  • Added .wav measurement option.
    • This allows users to make audio recordings through the device, to be able to hear at a distance.
  • Added actions.
    • Actions can be linked to events, to let the device perform an action once an event has been triggered

Version 2.0.0 – Official Release:

  • Added AS2 measurements for images, videos, and LeakQ.
  • Added events for soundmap and Leq measurements.
    • These events can be used to trigger external software based on sound events
  • Added Fieldbus Coupler (WAGO) support.
    • Added the ability for users to send to the field bus coupler WAGO (Modbus-based commands) output when an event triggers.
  • LEQ (combined) measurements are now stored for a month even after a reboot.
    • This enables users to look back at past data to analyze the sound pressure over time?
  • Device manager split off from main backend application for improved stability.
    • This allows users to restore the device even if the main service is down
