Crash after start in Windows 7. Running in compatibility mode 256 color works for me. Click Start-All Programs. Scroll to "Fluke Process Instruments". Right click "Datatemp Multidrop" and choose "Properties". On the top tabs, select "Compatibility". Click to tick "Run in 256 colors". Click OK.

Thanks, for finding a workaround. You can also try to update the video driver for Windows 7.
